教育・研究に対する考え方

教育:仮説の設定―計画―試験実施―結果の検証―仮説の設定といった研究のサイクルをいかに効果的に展開できるかにより研究者の資質は決まる。そしてこれは本人の努力と訓練により獲得可能な顕在能力である。若い学生や研究者にこの能力を磨くヒントを与えて行きたい。
研究:長年、企業で醸成してきた知識・経験を通じ、医療薬学への物理薬剤学、製剤学の浸透をはかって行きたい。
